Based on the new conditions specified in the provisional approval of the “Modification of the Special Plan of the Port of Malaga”, processed by the Port Authority before the Municipal Management of Urbanism, the Hotel proposal completes the one already proposed by “Andalusian Hospitality II” of the Holding “Al Alfia” and designed by the technical team of “Estudio Seguí” under the direction of the Architect José Seguí, which was the winner of the Contest for the Concession called by the Port Authority. The new proposal intends not only to include these determinations, but also to improve its relationship with the urban environment and enhance the collective uses that can originate its important Convention Hall to diversify and qualify the tourist offer of the city for national and international demand.
