The Municipal Plan of La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz) finally approved on 19 May the General Urban Development Plan, which was drawn up by ESTUDIO SEGUI and a large technical team of collaborators.
This is an urban planning document for the city of La Linea, which aims to overcome its status as a border town and become a “territorial link” between Gibraltar, the Bay of Algeciras and the Costa del Sol to enhance and improve its future economic and social development. To this end, specific “strategic projects” are proposed, capable of dynamising its economic, social and tourist models by means of a “Project Plan” which recovers its urbanity and the legitimate aspiration for the future to improve the lives of its citizens.
