In a plot located in the header of the bridge of Armiñán del River Guadalmedina in Malaga with the College audience San Juan de Dios – the schooner is projected this set of social housing.

Its main objective is two-fold: aside urban, defining access to the College square; and by another reference as “header” bridge Armiñan in his encounter with the Avenida de la Rosaleda gives to its main facade. Proposal tries to solve both issues causing soft “bend” in the main facade at their point of connection with the square and the bridge causing the visual effect define its architectural guidelines to these two elements that connection visually and urban power. The canvas of the main façade is resolved with a brick enclosure where their gaps in windows are asymmetrically resolved thus making distributions inside of dwellings requiring numerous residential prototypes requested, trying to rear facade with a “single layer” coating “gray” color that picks up another order of holes also standardized to more standardized dwellings.
