The access lobby communicates with both the administrative areas at the same level and with the lower floor where the most collective spaces such as the Actos hall (visually communicated with the upper administrative areas and with the spaces of the Park), Cafeteria And Restoration, and access to terraces and stepped gardens that are solving in their different platforms the communications and accesses with the own public space of the Park Lake. The interior spaces are illuminated in their double height by means of two important zoned skylights properly orientated to obtain controlled and nuanced effects of natural illumination. This project intentionality to intercommunicate the spaces of the street (upper) with the public space of the lake (lower), constitute the main objectives of the architectural proposal in order to solve the connection of both spaces, their problems of road access, and also The qualification of the public space of the Park of the Lake.
