Estudio Seguí, is formed as a stable and permanent multidisciplinary technical team that develops integrally the set of different scales of Architecture, Planning and Design. We understand this constant management of the scales of “city”, “houses” and “things” allows us to develop a integrated work method based on the understanding of them and at the same time integrated in the same geometrical rules recognized in the space and the form as protagonists of their projectual reality. With our work we try to recover the professional dialogue between the scales of Architecture and Urbanism, understanding them as two inseparable faces of the same coin that acquire their true value precisely in their joint relationship and not in their separation in reflection from the city.

Estudio Seguí understands the works development and management as a combination of aesthetic and practical values. The suistanable innovation in the construction processes and the viability to make the projects come true are the main goals of their work.
Production
In this integrated work method development, drawing becomes a fundamental tool for analysing and specifying, and BIM (Building Information Modeling) systems complement it in the management processes to guarantee the execution controls (Project Management), integrating constructive process languages to find the solutions through the problems knowledge.
Activities
As a complementary activity, ESTUDIO SEGUI develops significant works referring to the analysis of the experience of intervening the differente urban and territorial city scales, maintaining Research Lines with various Companies and Institutions. This works are disseminated through the José Seguí Blog and the EDITORIAL GEOMETRÍA as a disciplinary contribution to the architectural and urban culture of our cities.
