The idea was to propose a residential complex in the Bay of Tangier, adjacent to the Tangier-City Centre operation, as a new centre for urban activity in the city of Tangier. The residential complex was organised on a commercial base, which, in the manner of a “souk”, was developed on the ground floor through courtyards and sieved lights that structured all its commercial spaces. The residential towers are based on this weave, which is reflected in the flexible façades of their residential typologies, resolved with a modular system in which the composition of the openings and their colour make up the design of the façade “canvases”.
