Rehabilitation of a complete block located in the Historical Center of the city of Malaga, work of the architects Manuel Rivera Vera and F. Guerrero Strachan in the year 1911-1914. It was a question of rehabilitating a complete block located in the Historical Quarter of the city, the work of the architects Manuel Rivera Vera and F. Guerrero Strachan originally projected in the year 1911-1914, and whose last use as Shopping Center had distorted the interior structure of Its original residential use and mainly its facade orders. The main objective was to recover the architectural value of these protected buildings, both in their façade elements and in their interior structure. The recovery of its residential use forced a total emptying of the whole block, replacing the structure of the former Shopping Center with a new one that incorporated the original central patio and its elements of vertical circulation, also matching the dimensions of its plants with the Orders of their facade hollows and in this way put in value all its architectural elements.
